With some trepidation as it was BH called in for tea today. Really quick service, excellent, friendly, polite, staff ,who had probably had a very busy day. Meals ordered, were a steak stack and crispy chicken, both very well presented, hot and so tasty. Both were well cooked, crispy, fresh lettuce, onion, relish, bun , all really good. Chips excellent. Poor service today. Side salads x 3 had no tomatoes ! No balsamic dressing, no accompanying sauces, that were ordered on the app either. When in the drive thru, you are very aware of people waiting. Next time I shall question the server before leaving the premises to ensure the order is correct. Not great !! Disappointed!! View all feedback.
