"I cannot complain about the product, wonderful food…..but…..on two occasions I have used the app. 1st occasion they gave me the wrong order and realised this once home. I phoned and had to drive back to get amended order. 2nd occasion there was a delay in their receiving the order on their machine. Even though I showed them the email they would not give me the order nor refund me. Was told I had no choice but so wait. Customer always right…????"

"Called in for breakfast, a very wet cold morning. Quite basic inside compared to other pretty coffee shops cafes and was a little chilly. No one greeted us even though it was empty. Gave my order to two young girls at the till who seemed quite nervous about taking an order I had to repeat several times whilst they had a conversation with each other. Food was lovely and coffee boiling hot. Toilets spotless spacious. Staff just seem unenthusiastic. Start smiling guys greet your customers."

"Visited for the first time with family visiting from Germany. Ambience was good, staff attentive and enthusiastic and the food first rate. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit and obtained exactly the sort of menu item that appealed to them. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will...visit again soon. That perhaps is the best recommendation as our visit to Truffles was vastly superior to visites to other local etablishments. Being able to take your own favourite wine is an obvious additional attraction."
