We enjoyed the tender brisket with baked beans, which could almost be a meal on its own at the truck in Estes Park. Out of this world BBQ

Good tender food, beans were tasty, and the toast so crispy and buttery! The staff was friendly and very welcoming!

Giving this two stars as I can't tell you about the food. The place was too dirty to stay at and eat. First time I've ever had to post this.
