"Nice restaurant. Ambience is good and not too rush. Service is little slow but not bad. Taste is also fine. The only problem with this restaurant is no gravy item available. As the name suggests, only barbeque when it comes with porotta, it's crispy and require some gravy items like curries, roast something but nothing available. Rest the items are ok and worth a try"

"We reached around 2:30PM. The restaurant has a bakery space to it as well. The place is well maintained, clean and spacious. We ordered Chicken Dum Biriyani and a snickers shake. The biriyani was well flavoured, the meat was a bit rough and rubbery, not too much though. The quantity was nice too. Enough for two light eaters. The shake was okayish, with a scoop of ice cream and snickers. Overall good place."

"The outlet in Capital Hotel is rather quiet and we can really spend some time tasting milkshake, cappuccino or a burger and recently I have been to with my son who is studying in a nearby institution. He was quiet happy and had his...favorite coffee and burger. Not so crowded and with good service from the staff I found this outlet very comfortable."

"Please avoid Halais Dum Biryani kazhakuttom for odering food items . Their service and food is Terrible. I ordered 15 chicken fried rice for giving treats to my wife 's friends at karyavattom botany department. While Ordering, I asked them to provide salad and pickle and they have accepted and noted it down in the order sheet. But they didn 't supply salad and pickle. They didn 't even given ketchup too. Normally most of the good restaurant at kazhakuttom provides free home delivery and Halais asked extra money for that, hence she decided to go and collect it from there. The fried rice was not good and the treat got messed up. I comes to know this two hours later and called them regarding this, The one who attend the phone call was very rude and he didn 't even ready to say sorry to me. I told him that if he tell this before I wouldn 't place the order and will choose another hotels. He told me that why I am making this much noise for this. I never experienced this kind of poor customer service in any restaurant."

"The hotel gives u a variety of experience. They serve us pazham kanji in mud plates. Also their serve us meen curry. The meen curry is the star in that hotel. Pazham kanji includes kappa, mango pickles and other items in it. Moor plays a key role in pazham kanji. It makes a good imoact on our stomach and it helps to clean the stomach. Very reasonable rates are there and very affordable to common people."

"Yummy dishes at Aalimo_eathappy So happy to have been there. Very different and delicious Hyderabadi/Punjabi style biryani. We also had the Thai style lemon grass chicken which was amazing."
