Been wanting Beef-A-Roo for quite awhile. Don't live near one. Honestly not a great sandwich this time. I'll try again. I will always love the name.

"Went here for dinner with family and we were not disappointed. Great little place and seated at table facing the water and ore dock. Meals and appetizer was wonderful....everything tasted great. Only complaint is that some of that some of the wait staff didn't seem to be the friendliest."

"The tourism center recommended this place to us and we are extremely happy we tried it. From the moment we walked in until we left everything was beyond expectations. The atmosphere and decor is fun and inviting. Service was prompt and friendly. And the food....The food was absolutely perfect, perhaps the best Mexican place in the UP...We would drive up from Ohio again just to eat here ?..If you are in or near Marquette, you have to try La Catrina.."

"Every bit as good as I remember. This location had just opened up the last time I was here. A lot of places in the same area have gone downhill, use inferior products and produce, and are generally nowhere near what they were. Not so with the border Grill. Absolutely every bit as good as I remember it. Truly, one of the best tasting restaurants in the upper peninsula."

"I just tried the rice paddy chicken egg rolls today and they were the best egg rolls I've ever had. I also ordered chicken pillows Thai and chicken-fried rice, both of which were excellent. But next time I will get at least three egg rolls that they were fresh and crispy the chicken was fantastic. Kudos to the cook."
