Not only is the food delicious, but if you visit later in the evening, you might find some great deals, like four cherry sales for the price of one (just make sure to be polite and order at least one or two). It’s a bit disappointing to see how empty Hardee's has become, especially since the quality of the food is much better than that of many overcrowded places. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
Along with being yummy...if you go later in the evening sometimes they'll sell ya like 4 cherry turnovers for a 1 (you have to be polite and also order 1 or 2 turnovers anyway) I find it so sad how empty Hardee's have turned put to become because the quality is much better than most extrememely busy places View all feedback.
Friendly staff, fast and fresh food. Didnt have to wait long and fries were nice and crunchy and not too salty. Love that they send out coupons regularly, makes a treat less expensive!

--- Well, Julie and Amber certainly understand that great customer service speaks for itself! Thank you, ladies! Julie was fantastic. After introducing herself, she took the initiative to tidy up the lobby, which hadn't been cleaned from at least 1:30 until 4—yes, I was there that long! Amber's friendly demeanor was evident in every interaction she had with customers. The whole atmosphere seemed to brighten after 2:30 when a certain woman left. Although I was just sitting there, it seemed like she was doing my job! I don’t think anyone asked if my order was for here or to-go, but I would have gladly said it was for here. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, and it’s possible she just had a long day. When I placed my order, I requested extra crispy bacon and mentioned it to her. However, she replied that they couldn’t accommodate that request. I remembered that they had done it for me a few weeks ago, yet she didn’t relay that to the kitchen. If the bacon is already crispy, instead of telling a customer that their request can’t be fulfilled, why not simply put the order in with a warm smile? A cheerful greeting is great, but finding opportunities to enhance the customer experience makes a big difference. Overall, it’s the small touches of good service that leave customers happy and remind them to return! Just my two cents. --- I hope this captures your thoughts more clearly!
The food was outstanding, and the building had been beautifully renovated.
Service and food was expected. Tables could have been cleaner.
