"While there is not a lot of places to eat in this small town in Nebraska, I am happy that imperial Mexican restaurant is an option. I have had a couple different dishes from here and all of them are average to above average but nothing grand or spectacular. All of the cast or employees that I have came across have been very nice and helpful, though sometimes pretty slow if you dine in. The chips came out warm on my last visit and the salsa is pretty tasty too. I got the grilled chicken fajitas at my last visit for my entrée and they were just OK. Again, not a terrible place but not a top-of-the-line Mexican restaurant but it does suffice for a OK meal."

"The service was wonderful the food was even better and I even left with money in my bag!!!!! Every time we get to Elgin somewhere, we'll take the side trip to meet this place. Breakfast is super lunch is good dinner is amazing. The cook comes with super unquieous items and they taste like you should be in a four or five star place. Yes I have eaten in these places. I have to say this is the one in the top 3 restaurants where I ate everyone. It could even be the best and I traveled a lot from the world. Stop by and check it out!!"
