Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Amazing food. I had Spare Ribs, tender, just enough spice the best I have ever had. Will definitely be going back.

"Incredible eating, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, did I mention the delicious eating? we had the blackback, the bark fillet, the duck and the tiramasu for the desert. everything was amazing. the truffle butter with the brot was a manifestation. but what our night really did was the service. All the workers were really warm and friendly, especially vicky, who made us feel that we were their best friends for life. would definitely recommend, definitiw will go back when we are in nelson."

"Popped in for brunch the first day of our holiday, great service very quick and friendly. Meals were generous in portion and packed full of flavour. I had the Eggs Benedict and hubby had the chicken waffles with hot sauce which he declared the best breakfast he has ever had. Highly recommend."

"They are antivaxers in cladding. huge disappointment after almost months it hard in locks in auckland with my vegan children and hubby. road trip and this cafe were among the most important reasons to drive to nelson. great food. long was happy to come here. but the workers claim to serve “medical mask releases” and “take only” while still in the back. at least they come out and post their anti-science friends. They don't try to have both of them. Of course, the good did not taste well when we realized that it was forced to disregard public health measures in the time of covidence. kia kaha, fellow nz vegan and science believing. Give him a tough fit. so disappointing."
