"We had our 38th anniversary here last nite. Steak salad veggies and berry crumble for me, creme Brule for my wife everything was great including the decor. A wonderfully place to go for a great meal!"

"I always get the daily Bahn Mi here and it’s guaranteed delicious every time. Staff are super friendly and seem happy to be working here. Love the team aspect and that people are being treated well both as staff and customers. Definitely need to stop here if you’re visiting Nelson!"

"The Main Street Diner is nothing like a diner. It is a small, rectangular, high-ceilinged restaurant with a small bar on one wall. The menu has a strongly Greek flavor, and the Greek food is probably good, but we ordered fish and chips and - out of curiosity - French Fry Nachos. My wife liked the fish. My "Nachos" were (quite good) french fries covered with cheese, sweet peppers, onions, and I think some other veggies. Although I don't think they'll ever displace corn chip nachos in the general culture, they were surprisingly good and filling. I would like to try other offerings at the "Diner", but we were only in Nelson for one night."
