Every once in a while when I am in the mall and on the run doing work related stuff, it is so nice to go and order the chicken or beef teriyaki on noodles. It comes with a nice portion of vegetables and is a relatively healthy lunch - just don't ask for extra sauce. It is loaded with sugar. read more.
