I had this at a Rodeo in Mona, UT and my god it was amazing. We got then bigger plate with the brisket and shredded chicken. The highest mark has to go to the brisket. It is absolutely juicy and moist and delicious. The shredded chicken is amazing also andthe coleslaw is the best I have ever had. The food was good, and since I work for a company that feeds the team twice a month and I?m in charge of ordering each time I was excited to learn that they cater! That is until I checked my bank account and found that they over charged me by $4.00!
