"We’ve been coming to Neptune Beach, FL for our vacation, 2x a year for 7 years, in part because of the wonderful food at North Beach Fish Camp. HOWEVER, our experience this time was not at all what we’ve experienced in the past. All our food was just okay. In fact, most of it was overcooked. We even speculated that the mussels had been reheated from the day before. The clams and fries were so over fried, they were hard and leathery. The vegetables were very mushy from over cooking. We know they’ve had a new manager for about a year and since he arrived things have not been as good overall. Some of the wait staff that have been there for years are now also gone. Not sure if that’s any indication of where the trouble lies. They definitely have a problem in the kitchen they need to fix and fast! I hate to say that after our long history with this restaurant we would consider not returning. We will give it one more try again in the fall. If it fails again, we will be looking for a new vacation location and feel sad that something so good has ended."

"Wonderful Wings. If you're looking for great wings, look no further! We tried the blackened wings and were very pleased. They partially fry them, then put them on the grill to finish cooking. There are lots of flavors and you can mix two of them together. The plain blackened wings were so good, we ordered another plate of them! If you're looking for crispy wings, you'll love these."

"Had the chicken fried steak with sausage gravy and it was delicious! Wait for food was a little long, but obviously because the place was packed. It was my first time to eat at the new location, as I no longer live in Jacksonville. We always went to the old one. Will be back in any case."

"Asian tapas love it! They're not afraid to use fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and all to jazz up the flavors! Service was fast and good. Bartender was attentive; she went through the menu with us and explained how the meals would be served. The bar seating weren't very comfy; the chair I was in was squeaky and rocky. All of the food was good except for the wonton soup (too bland). Also, the Spritz with Prosecco was unfortunately one of the worst I've had (way too sweet for my liking). Overall, a good experience. I'll be back."
