This famous bar, located in a small industrial area of the non-so-tourist town of Be 'er Sheva, is a Jem and one of the best cocktail bars I was in Israel. Locally owned, this bar houses some of the best mixedologists in the country, and offers the local ground vibe with a line of 'Fancy'.
