The salad that came as a supplement was crisp and fresh, but the dressing we found a little fade sour. It was my parents when they had dinner with friends a few weeks ago. On the side table the salad remained half-seed. I had the Ribs and the meat was nicely juicy. The pommes were a little soft, but the sauces were very delicious.
