"Quiet restaurant with modern ambience. next door a playground with fence for small children. Seats outside but unfortunately only on beer benches (in the garden) The dishes are fresh and tasty have a good value for money. The service was friendly but unfortunately too little present. This often made glasses empty at the table. a visit is worth a visit"

"Pros: Really like the atmosphere in and out side, it is romantic and casual. There is a book of wines to choose from and a shop. The owner and staff are very nice and helpful when ordering from the seasonal menu which is neat. It is your typical quiet German atmosphere where everyone wispers at their table and the service is slow. Cons: The portions are tiny, prices are high and the food was not as tasty as we were expecting. The menu is limited choosing from scallops to odd animal parts) but they did not have vegetarian options. Also, we went to enjoy the wine and our bottle of wine was placed on a nearby table, and since their service is slower in Germany, they aren't quick to refill your glass : Also, there is a 9,00 Euro uncorking fee just to drink your bottle in house : Overall, the experience was ok, but we all agreed we'd rather eat Asian or Italian nearby instead."

"Great atmosphere, the staff always make us feel extremely welcome. We visit every time we travel to Europe. Portion size is awesome! I've never left the restaurant unsatisfied. What I like most is the quality of the food, it's not microwaved, frozen, mass produced stuff....it...is homemade. The restaurant is definitely in need of a remodeling, looks very old and dated but still has the charm of being located in the center of Bad Windsheim. Simply, great food, great people and great value."
