"Second time under the new young chef and again it was a perfect night out for my wife and me. we had the full tasting menu and YES it is french and you will be very full in the end but you will be also...absolutely happy. from the foie gra , to the beef tartar with imperial caviar, to the lobster, sol and deer ..... every dish was sensational and a taste explosion. that restaurant is the opposite of TRENDY it is classic, old fashioned and this in the best way because everything is taste driven. don't get me wrong the food looks great but the optic is secondary it is all about how good the dishes taste and fit together. i wrote it last year allready but need to repeat it again> . the best lobster dish in the world is in that lonely spot in the middle of the hunsrueck where no ocean is close. the cheese selection and desserts everything is a 10 out of 10. i went to over 100 michelin star restaurants around the globe and this restaurant is my favorite. if you eat at Sonora you think the French Laundry is a 1 star."

"We were there spontaneously yesterday. Even without reservation, we have a place. The burgers came fast and were also delicious! The price-performance ratio is correct. Service was also very friendly. If we're back close, we're definitely back."

"No and no! 3 attempts and disappointment every time. The workflows are completely blurred and confused. In the end, no good product can come out. Döner is prepared before the pide begins. Bread not heated. Meat cut 10 minutes before documents.... not kept warm. Fully cold filled and on the grill with to go bag for 10 minutes until the pasture finish. Ordering with 10 minutes waiting time is simply underground. Wait for 30 minutes? The quality is taken from the previous owner."

"(English below I hesitated a little longer until I had eaten here because I thought there would be more German cuisine and there would be a maximum of 1 vegan option. I was totally wrong. Prices are slightly higher, but the quality of food is worth it. A super tasty burger with fake Bacon (not on the menu, but was so and a very tasty Buddha Bowl. The staff was also friendly. I strongly recommend it! I hesitated to go to this restaurant because. I guess it only has 1 vegan option because it is very German. I was wrong, they have several vegan options, they are a little pricier, but nothing crazy and the quality of food is worth it. The burger with fake bacon on it (it does not say so in the menu, but it has! was amazing and the Buddha Bowl was also good. The waiters were nice too. I recommend it!"
