Various deals during the day, the evening spread includes a fresh cooked section, just attach the peg from your table, pick your raw food, give it to one of the chefs, they freshly cook it and the waiter brings it back to your table. Not available at lunchtime, but the selection is still good and the price is around 10 euro. Bargain. I have dined here many times and I take anyone who visits us here. The service is go... What Erhard Lauer doesn't like about Asia Palast:
View all feedback.
It's nice. But not suitable for me because I don't contract meals. My gastrointestinal system probably does not like nutritional supplements.
The food is good of quality and taste, unfortunately many things were already empty at several visits by us and was refilled very late. Unfortunately, the services are usually very unfriendly and you are better prepared than served.
Food is good from quality and choice, but the service or the staff is more than questionable. Some of them were just very bad German and the handling of the customers runs unfriendly, you are asked to go to another table during the meal as you would need the table for a larger group. This is simply unprofessional, there are much better restaurants for this price.
We really wanted to go back to Mongolian dinner. Actually, we chose another place, which was closed due to the rebuilding work and so we finally drove to this place. The large lighting elements and the beautiful lighting are already covered in front of the restaurant. In front of the restaurant there is a small Firudel fountain, which is illuminated in changing colors. The entrance and the place are decorated with red carpet. When you come in, the view immediately falls on the huge buffet. The restaurant is decorated in typical Mongolian, Chinese style and very large. Luckily we had called here and reserved for a short time, otherwise we (6 people) would have no more table because really much was going on. On the right side of the entrance there is a large counter. Right through are other tables, here was also our place. Right to the left there is a really long walk that leads to the toilets. The main dish: The buffet includes a really large selection. From fried noodles from rice to chicken meat, ducks, shrimps, mushrooms and sushi to salads, small carvings and potato licks to exceptional foods such as kangaroo meat, sharks, mussels and frog legs. But there's a lot more than I've listed. As dessert there are 2 huge chocolate fountains, one with white chocolate and one with brown chocolate as well as many different fruits such as melon, kiwi or banana, baked banana pineapples and 12 different types of ice. Tastefully, this Mongolian restaurant is just great. I haven't been in a Mongolia with the same good or better food. The 17,90€ per person for the buffet are absolutely good with the great selection and the very good taste. From now on this place is one of my absolute favorites!
I've never been to any Asian restaurant where I felt so uncomfortable. We went to the buffet on Saturday night. The sushi was not fresh, but very dried at least the rice and thus not edible. At the Mongolian buffet there were very much frozen vegetables instead of fresh... Clean plates had to be found in the plate stacks! On most were still small food remains and many were still wet!!! Even after asking a waiter for a clean plate, the staff didn't react! I was the first and last time in this restaurant!!!
