They used the same harder thicker ramen typically used for Tsukesen aka dipping ramen for the broth type.
Since I heard "Yasaka has one of the best ramen in Sydney" I'm really excited to came to this place and taste one of those traditional Japanese noodles. At
DamnBeen to Ossan and Gumshara (and Ippudo) and this place has shot up you the top of my listLip licking tonkotsu base.
