the restaurant is located in a hotel and it is not very well indicated. We went to eat a week night, the restaurant was almost empty, which is not the most reassuring. The Terrasse des Flandres is the hotel restaurant of the Altia Hotel in Neuville-le-Ferrain, directly at the autoroute Gent-Kortrijk-Lille directly at the French-Belgian border.
