Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Nevada

I just wanted to leave a review for Nevada, Mo Dairy Queen. We took our son out to reward him with ice cream for his hard work today. We were immediately greeted by Walter Olivia as soon as we went into the door. The store was super clean, the whole staff was in good spirit, our checkout Olivia was super sweet. My husband ordered ice cream. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a little coke. When I got my burger, it was hot, it was nicely assembled, perfectly packed. It made my husband go back there to order them burgers. The burgers were delicious!! Our hometown (Fort Scott, KS Dairy Queen) is a mess most of the time, it takes forever to get food, staff is always rude or not know what they do, lobby is never clean. Nevada, Mo Dairy had ALL KIDS to work, it was probably the BEST Dairy Queen we had in a long time. I'm not sure who the whole staff was tonight 8. September 2021 8:00, but I hope your manager sees it. You have no idea how impressive it was to see great examples of work ethics in today's world. These children gave us hope for the future. Good work Nevada, Mo Dairy Queen staff. You were great!

Restaurant was clean, food was served quickly and was fresh, good customer service.

Good ice, we had a complicated order and they did very well with it. The food was great and staff professional.

Here is your typical medium-western all-American DQ. Friendly service. Good food, quick service that brought our food to our table.

The counter person knew me by name! Such a personal experience. Great food, awesome price! Yum!
