"Looking for restaurants in Nevers on the Internet, I saw a Facebook publication that said that the Route de la Soif with another curious name, I reserved. The facility closed VIDOC and reopened this year as Estaminet and another manager. Welcome and a very nice service. We took very good wines because the caviste atmosphere was preserved and we were advised. Content of the very short card so it means that the products are fresh and at home. However, a little disappointed because I ordered a vegetarian burger to test, the server (who was also the boss) took my order, and came back 10 minutes later to tell me that they had no soy steak while we were at the beginning of the service. I'd like him to tell me as soon as the order was made. On the other hand, he offered me an alternative with a large slice of beef heart tomato and small vegetables, but I fell on the normal burger. "Very warm atmosphere with very friendly and pleasant staff. Everything we could taste was delicious! It's for all tastes! Very wide choice of dishes (salade, pasta, pizza, meat, child menu... , the menu was very elaborate with regard to pizza, difficult to make a choice, we want to taste everything! Cocktails are also very good and served in large glasses, with regard to dessert there is nothing to say, it is very copied! Anyway, you won't stay on your hunger, I recommend you!"
