I don't know what the deal is with this place, but they're the only place that actually used to big pommes like McDonald's! Weekday shift does an amazing job. The food is always fresh made correctly, the orders are complete, drinks, straws, napkins and sauces are always included and someone always take the time to actually stack the chicken nuggets and ensure the bags are sealed before being dashed! Merry Christmas to John and McDonald's team in New Albany, Ohio. I'm not a morning man and John makes my 40-minute drive easier because he smiles and takes care of the customer's experience. John. The journey through the service here is the fastest I have seen anywhere in any fast food restaurant. McDonald's should use this site as a training for employees to learn to move the line. It's so fast. Speed is important for fast food. Here they get it.
