We chose Bubba's Catering for our wedding in Pontiac and they were PHENOMENAL. I had family from Georgia that was skeptical about Michigan BBQ and they were blown away. Everyone was talking about the food! We had the brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, and mac cheese for the dinner. I always say good BBQ don't need sauce.Brisket was good, pulled pork was a little dry, both were sort of bland and needed the sauce. Was bummed that the pork didnt come on a bun but oh well.
