This place was nasty!! I ordered food to go once and I got home and started to eat (it was general tsos chick) and I had to bring it back it was that bad.
Descriptive phrase: easy and cheap (in all ways) Chinese buffet. I came to New China Restaurant in the "downtown" New Berlin strip mall for lunch.
