This is the first time we've been here for breakfast. We were very disappointed. Over easy eggs were seriously overhard. Potatoes were cold and you could taste the raw spice(obviously not cooked enough because the heat was too high). The cook, if using a flat top, needs to learn that you don't cook everything on super high heat. He can create heat zones on a flat top to keep food warm while he prepares the other item...
