Shipley Do-nuts - New Braunfels

Great neighborhood store, has been a fixture for several decades. Early morning donuts are hot, pillowly soft and delicious. Staff are friendly and efficient. Great place to pick up your morning fix for donuts or kolaches.

Food is good, but both my husband and I have had issues with the lady working the drivethru on multiple occasions being very rude and passive aggressive. If a customer asks for any flavor sprinkle donut, don't argue, just grab one.

Very friendly morning people. Best way to start a day. Quickly extinguished by the drivers on I-35 but it was nice for 10-15 minutes. Thank you!!

Donuts were cold and hard. No problem just microwave them. Guess what they didn't have a microwave and weren't planning to get one. So we decided to eat our cold donuts inside at a table. Guess what : The tables were off limits, we could not sit down to eat. So we left but wanted to use the restroom before we left. Guess what: The restrooms were closed. Never go to this place

We stopped here several times to pick up kolaches and donuts for our team and we were all disappointed every time. Kolaches are always mostly bread and have a massive air pocket/factory inside. We just throw the bread and eat the little sausage inside. Donuts are always ice cold. The Shipley team on Tri-County and I-35 are amazing and the Kolaches and Donuts are always hot and fill. Will the additional ride there from now on.
