Ruined my entire morning breakfast experience. Gave me my coffee with caramel all over the outside of the cup, causing my hands to become sticky. Got to work opened my oatmeal...NO Nut Medley or Dried Fruit inside...? SIGH Extremely irritating and frustrating.
