Waitress and cocktails were very good. Food was subpar. None of us in my party enjoyed their food. Delta’s quality has really gone down over the past few years. Music was loud and the manager was rushing staff to push patrons out. Sad that one of the few soul food restaurants in the area is losing its luster and does not offer a valuable dining experience.
