C V Sausage Hut - New Caney

This is a food truck, not a sit down restaurant, but the food and service is awesome. We had brisket, sausage, corn, beans and macaroni and cheese. All were top notch. We will be back soon to try their other food offerings. Absolutely wonderful food.

C V Sausage Hut is amazing! The brisket has to be in the top 3 of any that I have ever had. It’s rare that you go to a BBQ place and all of the meats are very good, but C V is one of those places. AND THE SIDES are very good as well. It’s worth the drive. You WILL NOT be disappointed. OH YEAH, the owners are some of the nicest and sweetest people. That will ask if you’d like to try it before you order and that’s anything on the menu.

Love this place good costumer service and the brisket is to die for very moist.

I have to say this is the BEST damn BBQ I've ever had,and I'm a native Texan! The ribs fall apart in your mouth and the brisket is to die for! The banana pudding maaaannn!

First time here. I got the brisket plate with Mac and cheese and corn. The brisket was moist and tender with great flavor. The mac and cheese had brisket in it and it was amazing. Definitely will be going back. The gentleman and women there are super nice with great customer service!
