Lin's China Diner - New Caney

My man and I have eaten and delivered food. it's always been pretty good. today I ordered pad thai and it was spoiled. at first it was not as prepared as I had before. my man tried and had to spit it in the müll. I called the restaurant, explained the situation and said they could not repay the money. they would offer a good one for the next time. I told him you lost a customer. my man, not satisfied with her answer, cried, he said they couldn't pay back any money. he said the dame that we don't want a full credit, only the 9.95 for the bad padthai. How can we send a man to the moon, but a credit card refund is not possible? She said he should never call again. no care. we won't.

2 stars only cus the food was fresh, hot and quick.The flavor deserves -10 stars though. And don’t even let me get started on the attitude. There are some very rude people working here. I tried this place because I always see that it is empty and felt bad so i decided to try it out. I will not ever return here again and wont recommend here to anyone. Save your self a bad experience and go eat next door Shogun!

Just had surgery so I thought I'd treat myself, the food was not the best. The food wasn't the best, but my biggest problem was hours after eating I became ill and it caused me to vomit. I figured it was just me since I had been in the hospital however, I've eaten some really greasy food from other places locally with no problem. The second time I had some for lunch and sure enough hours later I was sick and vomiting again!Never again!

The quality of the food was not good and it was not worth the money I paid for it. I pulled the shrimp out of the rice to take a “pretty picture” but when I ate it, I didn’t care for the taste. It lacked seasoning. I paid about $10 for the rice and about $8-$9 dollars for the chicken. The chicken tasted like it had an “off” taste to it and I was really disappointed that I paid nearly $10 for only 6 winglets. I was hoping that they were whole pieces of chicken. I only ate 1 wing and eat about a 1/3 of the rice. I won’t be visiting again.

I usually don't do reviews but this is the third time in a row we have came here with the same waitress and she is just plain rude .. she doesn't greet you. She has a bad attitude and it's bad when even your kids are asking why is the waitress rude and looks like she hates her job... Good food.. Horrible staff...
