Decent food, fast service. Employees usually nice. Never had to wait more than a few minutes in the drive-thru or at the counter unless they had to make the food fresh. Dislike the renovations. Liked the place better before. Fireplace is gone. View all feedback.
Last two visits they were out of jalapeño bites. And during my drive-through visit yesterday, they were out of jalapeño bites and roast beef Arby’s out of roast beef really
Senior discount not honored. Offered free beverage instead of cost discount.
One of the best beef sandwiches ever had at Arby's. Very fresh tender and moist. It took a bit to get served but I really enjoyed the food.
Normally Arby's is my favorite fast food. However my past two meals for both of our sandwiches, the rolls were hard as if they have been laying out in the open air for a while. Hopefully management will make some changes to keep the food fresh.
Everyone was behind where they could not see me and I could only see them from waist to chest. Once they saw me, service was excellent
