I was the only person in the drive through and no one was in the dining room and I still had a 20 min wait. They still left out half my order, messed up my sandwich, no fries, and no sauce. If you want arbys in New Castle go to the one in union. View all feedback.

Had the Philly steak sandwich last week, which should have just been called the Philly cheese sandwich. Look nothing like the picture, had very little steak in it at all. This time when I went through, I complain to the person who was at the window, and she basically ignored me. No comment, no apology, just kept right on like nothing happened. The only thing decent on the menu is the Gyro as far as I’m concerned which is pretty decent.
Great food , I wish they would bring back thier white cheddar Mac n cheese.
Nice clean store with friendly workers. Go every Sunday.Parking: Easy to park every week. Big lot.
