The Kulfi itself is creamy and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness. I tried several flavors including mango, pistachio, and saffron and all of them were outstanding. The staff at the shop were also very friendly and helpful. The ambience of the shop was cozy and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this Kulfi shop to anyone looking for a tasty and unique dessert experience. The quality of the Kulfi is top-notch and the service is excellent. "Exceptional restaurant, but if I have to go into details I would point out the little attention in table details such as welcoming the customer to the table with the napkin on the legs, removing empty drink glasses once the cocktail is finished, the water in the customer's glass should never be missing and above all you have to serve the wine this as far as the service is concerned but I noticed that there was a lack of a permanent waiter in the section. Lasagna that wasn't lasagna and pasta that lacked salt but most importantly you can't get rid of appetizers that weren't even completely finished and then serve the main course. Some things I appreciated such as the friendliness of the waiters and the presentation of the dishes but you are told by a colleague of yours who does the same job in a Michelin starred restaurant that you have to improve on service and details especially if then at the end the customer has to even pay the service charge in a restaurant that does not even cost little"

"I went to have lunch at Thymes, the hotel's main restaurant. It was a truly wonderful experience. We chose the buffet option and it was true value for money. At first I was disappointed that there would be no appetizers on the menu, but trust me this was more than compensated for by the buffet generous, with a wide selection and great taste. The pleasant experience was enhanced by the courteous and caring staff!"
