So lovely sitting outside in the courtyard of the bashley Manor tea rooms in the sunshine on Sunday May 14th 2023. The staff were friendly and a man called Neil was very helpful with my food order. After visiting 4 years ago we thought we would return for some lovely tea and cake while we were holidaying in the area. What a disappointment. On entering the cafe it was clear the menu was limited with nothing substantial. Choice of cakes was minimal too (3-4) Coffee and cake was fine but served on paper plates and in paper cups.
