If someone orders a porotta he has to order each curry for each set of porotta even though they don't want 2set of curry, which is the rule by the staff who is in the billing department, We ordered one curry and he forced us to order one more curry and the curry was extra for us. "Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. "Best place I've eaten in Bournemouth, well worth the money! Went for my mum's birthday. Staff couldn't be more helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The vegetarian menu was outstanding. An amazing mixture of flavors, and I will definitely be going back to try the dinner menu. I simply cannot recommend this enough."
