What Gareoult likes about Cambium:
Classic upmarket hotel restaurant with a menu that you would expect, culminating inevitably with a steak and fries. I particularly enjoyed their treacle tart. I didn’t find the venue of great comfort or style , but no significant problem. I wouldn’t come to this hotel just to eat here. But I would at its sister restaurant Le Blaireau. read more.
