Came in for a peaceful early morning coffee. Customers behaving impeccably but staff very loud and unprofessional. Manager was sitting in customer seats on his laptop and shouting back and forward from his seat to the till staff regarding stock levels etc. One particularly loud female staff behind the till who seemed keen everybody would hear what she was doing and saying.
