We had the Best Afternoon Tea here. Everything was made fresh, fantastic selection of sandwiches. 4 huge pieces of cake for each person. And the biggest, and tasty scones. Great choice of Tea, coffeee and lemonade. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Really great afternoon spent here. Also we had this tailored to our taste and allergies. Visited for tea and cake with a friend, whom I had not seen for some time. Upon arrival, we found that the log burner wasn’t lit and the tea room was cold and somewhat damp – not very welcoming.
