Pilgrim Inn - New Forest

What Margaret K likes about Pilgrim Inn:
Excellent cup of coffee here around midday, on way to Buckler's Hard. Very quiet at this time but the pub was cosy with massive low beams festooned with fairy lights. We're not tall so OK but server was and he had to duck several times! The bar was constructed of brick in an attractive herringbone pattern. What Blaahh1989 doesn't like about Pilgrim Inn:
We had the Fullers Christmas menu and though the starter and pudding were OK, the Turkey dinner was dreadful. The turkey was as dry as sandpaper, the parsnips shrivelled beyond and sprouts as hard as nails. The staff weren't remotely bothered when we told them.
