Subway - New Glarus

Experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The manager at this restaurant was unable to handle a simple substitution and made a mistake with the first sub he prepared. He then suggested that I order a different meal which would still require the same substitution. I informed him that it was not my fault that he did not listen to me the first time I mentioned the substitution before he even made the sub. Despite my explanation, he continued to argue with me and forgot to toast the sub because he was too focused on being confrontational. This was my second negative experience with this manager, as I have never had any issues ordering this way at other Subway locations.

I just came to this location just now matter of like five minutes not even and I have been on the road for two hours and thought this nice small town would have nice customer service I was explaining how I wanted my sub. The lady was extremely rude to me. I was being nice and she was extremely rude. Not understanding what I was trying to explain to her. I was trying to be as nice as possible. Explained it to her and immediately she was rude like so I just walked out and I will never ever come to this place again like I am not from this area and you would think that you would be a little bit nicer. Be in a small town he would think. I walked out I will never return and then I gave a phone call and she just wanted to be argumentative through the phone call. I called and apologize she must’ve been having a bad day. It’s only nine something in the morning. I was actually very happy and excited to try this location. When I walked in and it was nice and clean. The bread looked fresh and good. Food area looked clean and inviting. But that all changed when I was talked to like I was by the so called manager. Very unhappy and disappointed ?

Clean and quiet but very nice staff. Sandwiches were well made and good.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and noticed that the server was training a new employee. As someone who used to be a trainer, I could see that she was doing an excellent job. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
