While the rice and chicken balls are similar to most Chinese restaurants in the region (which by far has some of the best Chinese food in the province), the taste and crunchy shell of Joe Chow's egg rolls are miles above the rest. I would hands down recommend them and getting more than one. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Joe Chow's Drive-In Restaurant:
We use to love this place. It had great Chinese food. It doesn't anymore. when they bought the name they should have bought the recipes. We had ginger beef the beef was off in a bad way. And the won ton soup was bland. And they now put processed HAM in the Joe chows special fried rice. We tried this place a couple times since the change of owners. And we will not go back.
