Terrible. Best rib. You asked me how I wanted it? Red flag. Prime Rib should be rare. I rarely ordered it. Came out well done. When I told the waitress, they understood. But she came back and said this time of night it was hard to get it rarely. It opened at 4. I was there at 5:40. It wasn't busy. Just a terrible, terrible experience with Prine Rib.
