We were looking for a 2nd KFC location because the first was from chicken wings and almost from chickens for a Family Fill Up. We were lucky with the NEW HARTFORD site. The young man in the register was friendly, courteous and fast. We could get everything we ordered quickly and hot. I wish we had come here first! View all feedback.
What Theresa S doesn't like about Kfc:
Made an online order for my mother?s birthday. Got there and the app said my order was ready for pickup only one other person was in store waiting. Got my food at the ?quick pick up kiosk,? mine was the only order there. Got home and three items of myorder were missing: including my mother?s meal FOR HER OWN birthday. The young man in the register was friendly, courteous and fast. We could get everything we ordered quickly and hot. I wish we had come here first!
In the past, the service was slow, the place was dirty, and the chicken was superfluous. That wasn't the case today. Our contractor was happy and outgoing, service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the chicken was great!
I love KFC chicken, but I find everything else just disappointed. Today was the Frey's, how are they hot yet soggy and limp? I'll tell you what you know about Chicken
Place was clean and people were really nice and everything was great thanks to our dinner cooked
Always get a good meal here. Clean and staff is very friendly
