We haven't bowled there yet, just played the arcade. Quite a few game machines were down, which was disappointing, especially with the 2-player games. The giant claw machine is rigged to fail, as most claw machines are, but it's an expensive game for a kid to fail at. The staff we interacted with was helpful and kind. When the weather is good you can also eat and drink outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. A counter with seating options is available.
