Cannot say enough great things about the staff here! They are all so sweet and helpful, and have a lot of patience. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The last 2 days I ordered a ton of drinks for my coworkers and I, and they’ve been so kind and patient with me, you rarely see that these days especially with me ordering a ton of stuff back to back during the busy holiday season. The manager George is not good guy at all. He says he’s working since six years old but he doesn’t know how you do customer service guys.Every week my kids go there we spend more than $30 but he doesn’t know how he talk back. He could see his face in the mirror and just look dad to how he talk with the customer service from window not polite at all you need more training for customer service I recommend.. Employees need better hygiene. Makes the drinks/food less appetizing and it goes against health standards in food service.
I went there today and over the weekend. No skim milk. I’m sorry, I am, but there’s no excuse. There is an Aldi and shop rite walking distance away. If u run out of something, go get it! Unbelievable! There r nice ppl working there, but seriously, does anyone believe there’s a reason to run out of milk??? Either get your stock order right or send someone to the store! Simple solutions to simple problems!

This one star review is not for the staff at the derby location who do a nice job, but for whoever is in charge. The label printer has not been working properly since the end of November or early December and has not been fixed yet. Therefore, when I order a venti iced latte with 1 pump of syrup, often times it gets made with the standardized 6 pumps. I take one sip and it needs to be remade not only inconveniencing me on what's supposed to be a quick pick-up order, but the staff. To the owner or manager: please have this issue resolved. I am a regular customer there, but will not be if this issue continues.
