"I got the rose milk since I heard it's one of their best and to be honest, I didn't like it so much! It tasted rather artificial. I heard they used to put rose petals in it, but I didn't get any. Also, I didn't like the strawberry poppingbubbles...too mushy, but it was the first time I tried them so I guess this is a general opinion, not related to the place"

"Wonderful atmosphere and good food....but...gentleman who seemed to the owner or one of the owners was very helpful and solicitous, but the rest of the staff was awful. Neglected making my wife 's drink, made us wait 20 minutes for her selection while I had my smoothie delivered in 5 minutes...mine was in a glass, hers in plastic...never gave us a menu, had to get one ourselves...expensive I get it, taxes are high on New Haven CT and to get quality ingredients, it costs more...but when you pay in advance and are asked for a tip...TIP stands for 'To Insure Promptness '...the staff ruined our experience...what a shame..."
