"Wonderful atmosphere and good food....but...gentleman who seemed to the owner or one of the owners was very helpful and solicitous, but the rest of the staff was awful. Neglected making my wife 's drink, made us wait 20 minutes for her selection while I had my smoothie delivered in 5 minutes...mine was in a glass, hers in plastic...never gave us a menu, had to get one ourselves...expensive I get it, taxes are high on New Haven CT and to get quality ingredients, it costs more...but when you pay in advance and are asked for a tip...TIP stands for 'To Insure Promptness '...the staff ruined our experience...what a shame..."

"Just tried Sushi Mizu for takeout for the first time and I have to say it was delicious. Very pleasant surprise due to the mixed reviews.I will admit walking in made me question if I made the right call. I would highly suggest taking out, but undoubtedly the food was great.I got the KFC Bao (a must , eel avocado roll, shrimp avocado roll, New Haven roll (amazing! , and a Yaki Udon w/ beef (good think beef lo mien not as oily, and had a good array of veggies: mushroom, broccoli, zucchini, and carrots .All was great, I will be returning, seems like a nice working family."

"All of their vegetarian entrees are vegan, so there’s about eight or so options. I always get the platter, where you can pick four of the dishes and get to try all of them laid out on a big piece of injera bread, with an abundance of injera on the side. It’s so delicious! My favorite is the lentils. One small gripe is that last night they got our order wrong and swapped chickpeas for collared greens, but at least it was still vegan so we ate it anyways."

"1. Here. I had happened a few times and it caught my attention on a beautiful sunny day, so many people enjoy their lunch at this point. I found street parking easy (free). Outdoors and indoors. I started with String Beans Tempura. It comes with a light sweet chili plum sauce. I was hoping it had a little kick, but I didn't cost anything. The tempura was good, not sure if I would get it again (not stand out for me). I want to try the Samosa reels next time. I went on to the midday of the Aubergine green curry. That was a tasteful dish that made my mouthwater as soon as it was out. The table. Portion size was nice considering it was for lunch. I also ordered sharp noodles to go. That was also very good and I had it cold the next day. I look forward to the return"

"I received not only the most watery and bitter smoothie, but also a wrap that contained rotten pineapples and whatever sauce the use for the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap is usually a red color with amazing flavor… well not here. It tasted of vinegar and was absolutely old. When I called to receive a refund I was given the run around, I called again and spoke to a different person and they assured me within days if I don’t get a call back they have found my order and will refund me and still nothing. I’m pregnant and was eating a bite or two of this when I really noticed something was very off. I’m just upset that it was never refunded, and the customer service was horrible. Like I wasn’t trying to sound like a rude person; I was very nice about it and they did not take it seriously. In the past I have also received food that had a staple in it, and while that was resolved at the time with a new sandwich, it’s clear they are not careful and not attentive to what they are serving. Won’t be going back to this location."
