What User likes about Dunkin':
My friend and I shared coffee and breakfast in the morning. Our checkout was pleasant!! Although they were BUSY, we didn't even notice... well designed. My only feedback is the fruit flies. We had some zooming around our table. It was a little off, a quick cleaning and it should be solved. Great! View all feedback.
What Iris Auerbacher doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered mobile and waited in the lobby for my order to be ready. She didn't call my name, or order number, or the items of the order, or even place it on the mobile order shelf. It was not fresh, almost cold, by the time I finally asked for it, and she still had to get my donut bagged. Noone offered to reheat or make again just an apology. Waited like ten minutes patiently.
