What Bob Kato doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This place is only good for their seasonal decorations, but everything else is horrible here. The employees AND management treat customers with utter disrespect and continue to be rude towards anyone they deem appropriate to. They somehow always mess up the simplest items, (iced coffees, b-fast sandwiches, etc. their fountain machine has been dirty the every time I’ve gone there. Terrible service, barely good enough...
