Anointed Soul Food - New Iberia

The sausage and pork chops are the best I’ve ever had. I live in the Houston area. This soul food is the best. Service was very friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth the side trip to find the best restaurants off the main roads.

The food was good. Customer service was on point. I had fried chicken, rice dressing, peas and potato salad. The potato salad was a miss for me. Everything else was really good. I also had tea cakes. They were good. It was just about closing time when we went. I will be visiting this place again soon.

I am never disappointed! I had bbq chicken and a delicious sausage link, dirty rice, cheesy spaghetti noodles and candied yams! They were also serving pork chop, fried ribs and chicken. We got a slice of red velvet cake and a chocolate cake. You get enough to eat and take home a snack!

The food is so delicious I couldn't even talk straight. We both had 2 meats to die for rice dressing spaghetti cheese baked beans candid yams pineapple cake strawberry cake sweet potato pie. Anointed are the hands that prepare this soul filling soul food. Very healthy servings so we both each had 2 meals from the leftovers. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Food was absolutely delicious! The brisket was very well seasoned, stuffed with garlic and so tender!
